Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Vivimory, provided by Beay Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vivimory.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission). You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for activity under it. Tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You own what you put into Vivimory. You give us a limited license to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you choose to share it with, including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content. Only add information and photos about other people that you are entitled to share, and respect their privacy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vivimory to:
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or post hateful content;
- post sexual content involving minors, or any sexually explicit content;
- promote violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity;
- send spam, scams or malware, or impersonate others;
- infringe others' intellectual property or privacy;
- attempt to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service.
5. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Content you share with others can be reported from the app (chat messages, shared memories, comments and prayer requests), and you can block people you are connected with. Text and photos you share with others are also checked automatically for clearly abusive content (slurs, threats, explicit or violent images, sexual content involving minors) and may be blocked before they are sent. We review reports promptly, normally within 24 hours, and may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that break these Terms. If your account is suspended you can appeal from the sign-in screen ("Appeal this decision"); a person reviews every appeal and you are notified of the result. 6. Family, friends, groups and prayer requests
You can share with family, friends and groups you are connected to. Prayer requests are personal messages between people; they are not medical, legal or professional advice and Vivimory does not verify them. Do not rely on the app for emergencies; contact local emergency services.
7. AI features
AI features are optional, require your permission, and are labeled. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate; review it before relying on it. It is not professional advice. You are responsible for what you save or share.
8. Bible text
Bible passages are provided through API.Bible under license. Translations remain the property of their respective copyright holders, and may be used in Vivimory only for your personal use within the app.
9. Legacy and digital inheritance
Legacy is an in-app tool that lets you name trusted contacts who can request access to your memories if you are inactive or after a verified request. It is not a will or legal instrument and does not replace estate planning. We may require documentation and may deny or delay a request that we cannot verify. Laws differ by location; consult a lawyer for your situation.
10. Plans and purchases
Vivimory may offer a paid plan. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's terms; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. Free-plan limits are described in the app.
11. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services or link to outside websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Our rights
Vivimory, its design, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app except as the law allows.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using Vivimory and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete Account). We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or to protect people or the service.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Vivimory is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you should keep your own copies of memories that matter to you (you can export them).
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or US$50 if you paid nothing.
15. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Beay Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update the Terms; we will tell you in the app about material changes, and continued use means you accept them.
